Insurance — I am Out of Network with Insurance Companies; however, I can provide you with a Superbill that you submit to your insurance Company for reimbursement. Please inquire with your Insurance to see if your policy reimburses your for Superbills.

Sliding Scale — Accessibility is important to me. I offer a limited number of reduced rate spots for clients who identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+, and experience financial hardship. Pay it Forward — If you would like to support another human who can’t afford therapy, you can pay it forward and that money will go towards one of my Sliding Scale clients’ therapy. Your offerings allow me to support more Sliding Scale clients.

How do we meet? — I offer In-Person as well as Virtual Sessions. You have the option to choose how you would like to meet. My office is located at 827 NE Alberta Street in Portland, Oregon.

Consultation — I am a Level 3 trained IFS Practitioner. I offer one on one and group consultations for people wanting to learn more about Internal Family Systems. I provide consultation on how to optimally apply this modality to your practice and/or your daily life.
